Refund policy
All purchases are Non-Refundable. There are no returns, exchanges, or cancelations once an order is placed. Please make sure everything is correct before placing your order.
We're very sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. All products are unique and produced per order. If you ordered the wrong size, color, provided the incorrect spelling/phrases or simply do not like the product refunds and exchanges are NOT supported. Before we forward your order to the carrier, Kustomized Kulture by Ka LLC will always ensure the quality of the product; however, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping damaged items back and Kustomized Kulture by Ka LLC will handle the shipping of replacement items. Customer must obtain shipping confirmation and hold on to it until refund is processed. By purchasing from Kustomized Kulture by Ka LLC, you agree to ALL shop policies.
If there is an error with your product (damaged & wrong item sent) please contact us at info@kustomizedkulturebyka.com. We will process the discrepancy and replacement items will be expedited and shipped at no additional charge to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kustomizedkulturebyka.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
