Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER
Each item is produced to order. Processing is based on business days (Monday-Friday). Custom or personalized items have a 10-21 day turnaround time after you receive your order confirmation email and we do strive for quicker processing times. If items are needed sooner, please emails us at info@kustomizedkulturebyka.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your preferred timeframe. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of completion of your customized item(s). Item(s) may take longer during the holiday rush, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.  
FREE SHIPPING
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent USPS First Class when applicable. 
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost are calculated based upon weight of item(s), location and selected shipping option. 
TRACKING
Please remember your items may be tracked. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. Please keep record of your tracking information for your package and feel free to track your item every step of the way. 
IMPORTANT
Kustomized Kulture by Ka LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving.
