All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of completion of your customized item(s). Item(s) may take longer during the holiday rush, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving.
